Direct-To-Film
We are proud to offer this groundbreaking new printing method, which allows for the highest quality results on a wide variety of fabrics. DTF printing uses a two-step process: the design is directly printed onto a special film using water-based inks, with the film then being coated with a special adhesive powder – the transfer is then pressed onto fabric using a traditional heat press.
There are several benefits of this method, which is why we feel it is often the best option for our customers, these include:
- Perfect for multi-colour and finely detailed designs
- Colours do not fade or degenerate
- More durable and long-lasting than previous methods
- Can print in awkward locations
- Colour gradients transition smoothly from one shade to another
Screen Printing
This traditional and widely used method is perfect for affordable and reliable single colour designs. Screen printing works by pressing ink through design stencils on mesh screens directly onto the print area – the printed product is then run through a heat-curing machine, drying and setting the ink into the fabric. This type of printing has been used for many years by our team and has been well received by our customers.
Embroidery
Due to its enduring popularity, we continue to offer embroidered options for our customers. Our multi-head embroidery machines provide the highest quality, consistent results and can be provided alongside printed options on the same products.
